Looks to be a lot of distortion on those corner circles, is this due to the uv map? Where possible we will texture from the camera's point of view and avoid drawing straight on to the uv- this will get rid of a lot of distortion issues and should make a more satisfying line. Still everything will have to be uv mapped before texturing- not looking forward to that part! Keep the faith.
